Account Management Structure / Service Commitments

Standard Account Management Structure: (This may vary depending on size of account)
| Account Manager | Duties: Set-up and manage all program procedures and time lines. Responsible for all high-level requirements and to ensure commitments and service levels are met and maintained. Shared with a minimum of 8 years related experience. |
| Customer Service Rep | Duties: Maintain all daily functions and activities to include: Order processing, inventory maintenance, purchase order maintenance, day-to-day correspondence with client and any special daily requirements. Dedicated with a minimum of 4 years related experience. |
| CSR Backup | Duties: Assist the Account Manager and CSR as required. Shared Minimum 2 years related experience. |
| Production Manager | Duties: Oversee and maintain all production functions and print related services. Will be familiar with all aspects of the program and related materials. Shared. |
| Information Technology | Duties: Our IT services support all of fulfillment, online ordering, and printing processes. These serviced include web development, data integration, and file transfer, software quality assurance, research and development, and business intelligence. Shared minimum 12 years related experienced. |
| Print Manager | Oversee and maintain all print functions and related services. Will have overall responsibility for scheduling, ensuring 100% quality assurance and client satisfaction. Shared. |
| Quality Control | Duties: Responsible for QC checks through out the Supervisors production process. Inspect and note any errors and to maintain accurate reporting. Shared. |
| Table Supervisors | Duties: Maintain all production functions and related services. Will be familiar with all aspects of the program and related materials. Offer assistance to the Production Manager as needed. Dedicated minimum 5 years related experience. |
| Pick-and-Pack Manager | Duties: Oversee and maintain all pick-and-pack order processing. Will be familiar with all aspects of the program and related services. Shared minimum 5 years related experience. |
| Pick-and-Pack Staff | Duties: Maintain all daily order processing. Will be familiar with all aspects of the program and related materials. Dedicated minimum 2 years experience. |
